What will be the impact on my tax bill?

If Tomahawk voter approve the referendum, the City would institute a permanent $276,760 increase to the property tax levy, beginning with the property tax bills issued in December 2026.

This translates to a property tax increase of an estimated $74.59 annually per $100,000 in assessed property value.  The impact to average Tomahawk home assessed at $177,173 is estimated at $132.15 annually.
