I started working for the City of Tomahawk on July 30, 2012. Prior to starting with the City, I had 17 years of experience as a patrol officer/traffic officer/juvenile detective/ hostage negotiation team leader/ and a Detective Sergeant in Georgia. I was also a full time firefighter for 3 years prior to my law enforcement career. I take pride in leading an agency that provides exceptional and compassionate service to the community we serve. I have an open door policy and invite anyone to come in and voice concerns. The only way we can become a better agency is by knowing where we are failing.
I live in Tomahawk with my wife Tina, and our youngest son, Logan (18) and our Jack Russell Echo (1). Tina is the Director of Our Sister’s House homeless shelter in Tomahawk. Logan is a senior at Tomahawk High School and Echo is a rambunctious puppy that loves to run and play. Our family enjoys spending time together and exploring new areas.
